Fix 2 taps which are shaky 1. Washbasin tap (this might need moving the basin and do it or even put a new one (I will have a new tap stand by)- see pics ) 2. I have a slow draining kitchen sink. Have tried to DIY a fix using a pipe auger, but not much luck and on trying to put the plumbing back together myself, have disturbed an old seal and can't get it to go back together without a leak. Looking for help with both, asap (it's the kitchen sink)

Water tank needs removing. Will be replaced at a later date. Limited access in townhouse courtyard. Tank will likely need to be cut in order to remove. Needs plumber to redirect downpipe. Grey water tank connection to toilets can remain for eventual replacement.
