Backyard Tap is leaking from the spout needs to be repaired.

Annoying hammer pipe. I have changed washers on all taps (& a few spindles) except 2 single-handle “Dorf” type-taps. Had a plumber out, but he worked on the under sink pipes (they have always been poorly arranged - since the house was built in 1990, so there was no need to address those.) The hammer pipe was actually WORSE when he was finished. I would like someone who can fix this problem......ideally in one visit. I thinks it’s going to require someone who is VERY experienced with hammer pipe.

Needs someone to clean the second level gutter and down pipe. Water was flowing along the surface of the down pipe not through the down pipe. There are 4 down pipes in total, and I only tested one.
