Find an experienced plumber in Tullamarine

Toilet flushes but then doesn’t fill, or overfills and doesn’t stop. Looks like something could be wrong with the floaty inside.

Looking for an experienced licensed plumber to replace a broken commercial kitchen pre-rinse tap at our production kitchen in Tullamarine. We will provide the new deck-mounted tap shown in the attached photo. The job includes removing the old tap, installing and connecting the new one, supplying any small fittings or adaptors required, and testing it for leaks and correct operation. Photos of both the new tap and the old broken tap are attached. Please provide a quote including labour and any required fittings.

Need kitchen tap replaced

I’m looking for a licensed and experienced plumber/waterproofer to repair a leaking shower and install a new shower. As shown in the attached photos, there appears to be water leaking behind the shower area, with access already opened in the adjacent wall. Work required: * Inspect and identify the source of the shower leak. * Repair any leaking or defective plumbing behind the wall. * Remove the existing shower enclosure/fixtures as required. * Repair and prepare the wall and shower area. * Properly waterproof the shower area to the required Australian standards. * Install the new shower and reconnect plumbing. * Seal all relevant joints and penetrations to prevent further water ingress. * Test the plumbing and shower thoroughly for leaks. * Clean up the work area after completion. * Provide the required plumbing/waterproofing compliance certificate or relevant certification, where applicable. The photos are provided to show the current condition. Please inspect the site and advise what materials and additional work are required. Important: Please only offer if you are appropriately licensed and qualified to carry out the plumbing and waterproofing work and can provide the relevant compliance documentation.

Our commercial pre-rinse kitchen tap has two leaks that need repairing. The main leak is from the top where the flexible hose connects to the fitting. There is also a small leak from the pot filler/spout connection. The rest of the tap appears to be working, so we're hoping only the faulty parts can be repaired or replaced rather than replacing the entire tap. Looking for someone who can: Repair or replace the broken hose/top connection. Fix the leak at the pot filler/spout connection. Supply any parts required. Test the tap and make sure there are no leaks before leaving. If the entire tap needs replacing, please let me know first and provide a quote before carrying out any additional work. This is in a commercial kitchen, so we'd appreciate the repair being completed as soon as possible.
