Looking for an experienced licensed plumber to replace a broken commercial kitchen pre-rinse tap at our production kitchen in Tullamarine. We will provide the new deck-mounted tap shown in the attached photo. The job includes removing the old tap, installing and connecting the new one, supplying any small fittings or adaptors required, and testing it for leaks and correct operation. Photos of both the new tap and the old broken tap are attached. Please provide a quote including labour and any required fittings.

I’m looking for a licensed and experienced plumber/waterproofer to repair a leaking shower and install a new shower. As shown in the attached photos, there appears to be water leaking behind the shower area, with access already opened in the adjacent wall. Work required: * Inspect and identify the source of the shower leak. * Repair any leaking or defective plumbing behind the wall. * Remove the existing shower enclosure/fixtures as required. * Repair and prepare the wall and shower area. * Properly waterproof the shower area to the required Australian standards. * Install the new shower and reconnect plumbing. * Seal all relevant joints and penetrations to prevent further water ingress. * Test the plumbing and shower thoroughly for leaks. * Clean up the work area after completion. * Provide the required plumbing/waterproofing compliance certificate or relevant certification, where applicable.
