We just moved into a new rented place. One of the problems I’m facing are the taps in the bathroom and kitchen. They are the old school cold on right and hot on left. I have a young kid who struggles (and will continue to do so I know) with mixing water to get the right temperature. Can these old fashioned taps be replaced with the one where you just move the mixer left or right? I don’t want to damage anything as this is a rented property. Thank you in advance!

2 toilets with leaks. 1 seems to be from the back where pipe is and the other seems yo be leaking with the silicone around the edge is. Not sure if it’s just the silicone that needs to be take Off and redone if there is another issue. Regardless the silicone/corking will need to be redone as well as the leak identified and rectified I also have a filter in the kitchen that needs to be cancelled. Job requirements to be completed: -2 toilets assessed and leaking repaired eliminated - 2 toilet corking/ silicone at base removed and redone. - 1 water filter in kitchen to be canceled - Due date: Flexible
