Hello, wanting to replace this spout (due to dirt forming inside) and replace it with a fresh new one. Problem is I cannot unscrew it. Have tried every avenue to loosen it however won't budge. Wanting someone that can replace it and put a new clean one back on. Have bought a new spout so basically simply just need to unscrew and put the new one on. Thanks

I need a licensed gas fitter to inspect and repair my Thermann 135L gas storage hot water system. Yesterday the pilot light would ignite, but the main burner would not light. I turned the unit off, and today there is no spark and no clicking sound from the igniter, so the pilot won’t light at all. The unit is about 2–3 years old, and the igniter has been replaced once before.（not every sure) Looking for someone experienced with Thermann gas hot water systems who can diagnose and repair it today if possible.

Looking for an experienced appliance installer or plumber to remove an existing Bosch dishwasher and install a new Bosch dishwasher (already delivered). The current dishwasher has been disconnected from the cabinetry and partially pulled out, but removal is proving difficult. The kitchen has a small transition from the timber floor to the concrete slab the dishwasher sits on, and this appears to be causing clearance issues. The rear height adjustment has been wound as far as possible but doesn’t seem to be lowering the rear legs any further. There is also a plastic component at the top right rear of the dishwasher that is catching on the underside of the benchtop during removal. I’m looking for someone experienced who can safely remove the old dishwasher (using whatever method they think is best) and install the new one. If you’re also able to take the old dishwasher away for disposal, please include that in your quote, although this isn’t essential. Location: Keilor East.

Fix the kitchen tap and toilet flusher

The shower door has just started leaking after 8 years. Obviously some water has always gotten out in the small gaps either side, but now it's also leaking water in the middle of the door as well - it seems to spill over, even though the door is always completely closed during a shower. I suspected it was an issue with the small reservoir under the door that catches water, but I have already tried cleaning this out and it made no difference. Please check the photos, and if you think you know what the issue is please tell me when you apply for the job.
