It’s a big house that’s why if two people will be as it will take too long for one person. I prefer to be at 12 pm so maximum 4 pm will be finished. I will need mainly wash bathrooms, changing sheets, dusting, vacuuming and mopping and sometimes I will need other stuff to be done like wiping chairs and sofas which are mainly leather, washing front yard and back yard (not every times) and cleaning windows (not every time). So in general I want people fast and clean and they know what they are doing. I can provide cleaning stuff but if you have too like wireless vacuum and other cleaning tools, it will be good. I really want people that I can trust with their work so I can ask them to do it regularly. And I can tell them my way too to make it easier. I’m happy to pay 35 dollars per person per hour. That’s mean 70 dollars per an hour for 2 people as it will take around bit longer to finish the job and I can ask for more regular service.
