Only been here a year and agent is requesting professional clean, townhouse which is new style. Receipt of cleaning is required to forward on to real estate agent. I’m a bit of a clean freak apparently according to my previous cleaner of my last two rentals. Main areas where I struggle are showers, oven, and finger prints on walls in my son’s room, aircon vents/ filter. (Works with cars) I have already started cupboards, mirrors, and whatever has been possible so far. There is a powder room downstairs but I know I will have down this, I will be taking care of what I can cleaning wise, windows, mirrors but I will be more than happy to confirm beforehand. Downstairs is tiles, one front room used as storage and the other used. Photos provided was of the terrible clean beforehand. Which I don’t think was actually cleaned. It was bad. Happy to share more via message etc of current. Thank you Type of clean: End of lease Number of bedrooms: 4+ Number of bathrooms: 2 Equipment and supplies: Tasker must provide
