Inlet/fill valve at the top looks like it needs replacing or resealing (photo attached). 2. Shower tap — chrome cross-handle stop tap below the shower won't close properly, something feels loose inside, causing a constant drip from the shower head. Likely needs a new washer/spindle (or full tap replacement if seat is worn). Photo attached. Please bring common fill valve + tap washer/spindle kits so it can be done in one trip. Tenant on site to provide access — flexible on timing this week. Quote your fixed all-in price (labour + parts).

2 x Imperial Toilte's need cistern outlet & inlet valve replacement. Cistern are bolt on units on toilet seat. Please quote for part & labor for both. The inlet valve in both of them has no problem but want to replace as over 10 years and since cistern will be removed for outlet valve replacement, thought better replace both for trouble free operation. Looking for a plumber to repair continuous water dripping from one shower head and one bathtub spout. Refer attached photos The dripping can be reduced by tightening the valve firmly; however, this makes it difficult to reopen, and a small amount of water still continues to drip. I have 2 leaking taps that need fixing. One is in a powder room and the other is a water filter tap.

The downstairs basement bathroom has a Macerator pump that isnt working, I need someone to take a look and fix it please. Also there is water standing in the pit the pump is, will need a liquid sucking vacuum to clear that.
