Re-grout shower alcove walls, remove and replace silicone to shower alcove wall junctions and perimeter base line of poly marble base, including both sides and base line of shower screen.

Looking for a licensed plumber to inspect and repair a leaking shower mixer, and check a second shower for a possible similar issue. Spare bathroom: Water is visibly seeping/dripping from underneath the mixer back plate while the shower is completely turned off. This is the main concern and is shown in the attached photos. This shower is very rarely used, so the water is not residual from shower use. Ensuite: I have also noticed some moisture around/underneath the mixer back plate. This shower is regularly used, so I’m unsure whether this is residual water or whether the second mixer may also have a leak. I’d like this checked at the same time. I’d like the source of the leak identified and repaired to prevent potential water damage behind the wall. Ideally looking to repair the existing mixer/s where possible rather than replace unnecessarily. Please advise in your offer whether your price covers inspection/diagnosis only or includes standard repair labour. 2 x Imperial Toilte's need cistern outlet & inlet valve replacement. Cistern are bolt on units on toilet seat. Please quote for part & labor for both. The inlet valve in both of them has no problem but want to replace as over 10 years and since cistern will be removed for outlet valve replacement, thought better replace both for trouble free operation.
