I have a leak along the seam of one of my tanks. The inner seal has been compromised and can't be accessed due to be filled with soil as a raised garden bed. I have tried all sorts of gap or leak filler with no success. If the seam could be welded from the outside this may stop the leak. Can any one help?? Happy to pay for your time?
