Need a licensed plumber to: Turn off the water supply Remove the toilet base Clean off the old wax seal/ring from the flange Install a new seal Refit the toilet and reconnect the water supply Test to ensure there are no leaks Please bring all required tools and materials. Preferably to be done this week — flexible with timing.
