Renovating a bathroom and laundry and need plastering works done in both. Bathroom: 2 walls completely plastered. One wall is roughly 2700H x 1800W. The other is roughly 2700H x 1900W. Need the pictured things on the ceiling patched up and plastered. A few squares that have been cut out on a wall and the parts around the old skirting. There is one niche around 300mm wide. The old cornice is still in and the new plaster will go up to it. Every wall will be tiled in the bathroom. Laundry: Its mainly just the section that is around 1 metre x 600mm that is pictured. Also the skirting sections and a few small screw holes in the wall.

I need: 2 new power points installed And 2 existing power points moved slightly. One of the existing power points needs to be changed to a dimmer

Looking to have old decorative cornices removed and replaced with new plain modern ones. One room only (living room). Rough size of the room is 5.5x6. I have decommissioned my gas ducted heating and want to have the wall vent removed and plastered over. It goes into the linen cupboard and there’s a box over it in the cupboard that I want removed and there would be a hole in the floor to cover over, as the ducted heating was under the house. 3 jobs: 1. Having NBN fibre installed soon and required fibre cable to be pulled through to from garage to room adjacent to garage (approx. 30m). NBN has supplied fibre cable for this task. Existing copper cable already exists. That cable was installed after a moved into property and has good access. Existing copper needs to be retained for now (until NBN is installed) 2.
