Hi we’re moving out and have some gaps in some walls which need repairing. It’s a townhouse with some cracks upstairs and some downstairs. Some of the walls wheee the cracks are, are around 15 meters long so we’re not sure if we can get away with not painting or whether it needs to be done too. Keen to get this done soon and open to all offers so we can patch up before we move out.

I am looking for a reliable tradesperson to handle the demolition and prep phase of my laundry and toilet renovation. I need the areas cleared and ready for the next stage of tiling and cabinet installation. Scope of Work: • Floor Tile Removal: Strip existing floor tiles from one (1) laundry room and one (1) separate toilet. • Demolition & Prep: Remove existing wall linings/drywall in the laundry room, and remove the slide door • Drywall Installation: Re-sheet the laundry room with water-resistant plasterboard (blue board/villaboard), finished and ready for painting and cabinet/sink installation. • Waste Removal: must include provisions to remove waste. Key Details • Room Sizes: Laundry is approx. [2.6 x 1.8]m² and toilet is approx. [1.1 x 0.6]m². • Timeline: Looking to have this completed by June 2026. Requirements • Must bring your own tools. • Experience in wet-area sheeting is essential to ensure walls are level for cabinetry. • Please provide photos of similar prep work if possible. • Supply materials required for re-dry-walling Provisional item • To re-tile floors once removal is carried out. I’m looking for a licensed Victorian electrician to install a new standard 10A power outlet in my garage. There's an existing power point on the other side of the plaster wall, so the cable run should be short and straightforward. See photo of the garage wall with the proposed location of the power point in yellow. You must be a licensed electrician in Victoria and provide a Certificate of Electrical Safety on completion. I require two canvas window awnings fitted and the two existing ones removed. You will need to have ladders/planks or scaffold to be able to stand at 4m high. I have done one myself (the middle black and white one in first photo )as this one is at ground level. Have all hardware and mounting requirements. Need to put in a tap for dishwasher. There is a power point in the cupboard under the sink but it is not working so also need that fixed. If you can only do one part of the job (ie tap OR power point) please just specify that in your quote. I have only specified a token budget at this stage as budget will depend on whether you are able to do one part of task or both.

Render ground floor hebel with good experience and good finish

Because of a leak in the roof, this cornice board has been dmaged. The leak has since been fixed. The house is gettting knowcked down within a year, so looking for a low cost fix for the moment.. thanks
