Description: I need a qualified electrician/AV installer to complete the following in my bedroom: Mount a Samsung soundbar securely underneath my wall-mounted TV. Install a new power outlet behind the dresser/soundbar area (there is currently only a power point behind the TV). Install an HDMI wall plate/cable from behind the TV to behind the soundbar so no cables are visible. Conceal all power and HDMI cables inside the wall for a clean, professional finish. Supply any required wall plates, HDMI cable (2.1 preferred), brackets, and small fittings if needed (please include in your quote or advise separately). Test everything before leaving to ensure the TV and soundbar work correctly via HDMI eARC. Photos are attached. Must have experience with wall-mounted TVs, soundbars, and concealed cable installations. Provide a Certificate of Electrical Safety (COES)

SUPPLY AND FIT Require plastering work completed before a new kitchen is installed this weekend. The bulkhead needs to be professionally plastered and finished neatly. The other holes and wall damage shown in the photos only need basic repairs, as they will be covered by the new kitchen cabinetry.

Hi we’re moving out and have some gaps in some walls which need repairing. It’s a townhouse with some cracks upstairs and some downstairs. Some of the walls wheee the cracks are, are around 15 meters long so we’re not sure if we can get away with not painting or whether it needs to be done too. Keen to get this done soon and open to all offers so we can patch up before we move out.

I require two canvas window awnings fitted and the two existing ones removed. You will need to have ladders/planks or scaffold to be able to stand at 4m high. I have done one myself (the middle black and white one in first photo )as this one is at ground level. Have all hardware and mounting requirements. Happy to pay for extra of the other materials if needed. The job doesn’t require painting. We will paint later ourselves.

Wardrobe size: 1.7m wide x 61cm deep x 2.7m height Looking for professional carpenter or skilled handyman to do proper job of removing both old style wardrobes, including the sliding doors, plaster walls with wooden frames inside, cornice and skirting board. Need to put in a tap for dishwasher. There is a power point in the cupboard under the sink but it is not working so also need that fixed. If you can only do one part of the job (ie tap OR power point) please just specify that in your quote. I have only specified a token budget at this stage as budget will depend on whether you are able to do one part of task or both.

Render ground floor hebel with good experience and good finish

Because of a leak in the roof, this cornice board has been dmaged. The leak has since been fixed. The house is gettting knowcked down within a year, so looking for a low cost fix for the moment.. thanks
