I have 5 ceiling holes from removed evaporative cooling vents that have already been patched with plasterboard. Please see pictures The timber backing has been installed and the plasterboard pieces are already screwed in place, so I only need the plastering/stopping completed. I have a split level home and have a balustrade going down my stairs. I have already scuff sanded and primed the balustrade but have realised this is going to require more skill than I have to make it look nice in the end. I think I have done all of the prep work so should be straight forward for a good painter I hope. It now needs a light sand over the primer and then 2 coats of the top coat which I will supply. I have already masked off as well. I don’t need the stairs painted as they are being carpeted but I need the job done before carpet goes in on 24 April.
