My Emerald heat pump hot water unit has been steadily leaking water from the bottom plumbing area for several days. Details of the issue: • The leak is coming from the lower pipework/fittings near the cold water inlet and the brass valve assembly (around the area labelled “WATER INLET/DRAINAGE”). • It’s a continuous drip (not a flood), wasting water. • I have attached a clear video showing the leak from multiple angles, including close-ups of the leaking area. What I’ve already done: • Turned off the blue-handled cold water inlet valve (the main supply to the tank). • Turned off the power to the unit at the isolator/breaker. • The leak has now stopped.

No hot water and hot water service is leaking and continuing to leak water

Hot water system is not working . I guess unit need to change , because its a very old unit .

Since we moved in our hot water pressure has been pretty poor. We have a small tank and an infinite hot water. Sometimes the hot water will go cold for a few minutes if two people in the shower and then goes hot again. Sometimes the hot water pump makes a pretty loud noise. Hoping we can fix this with a licenced plumber. Happy if you need to come out and give a quote for works.

Hi I need a hot water system hooked up to a bungalow. I have put the pictures underneath. My brother has built it and said it’s ready to be attached and everything is set up. Can be done on weekends, or weekday just have to organise it.
