Hi, I turned the gas off the other day at my home to replace the bench where my stove is Since then the pilot light goes off 10 mins or so after I re light it Im trying to avoid getting a new unit right now and wait to see if someone can have a look at it It’s old I know

The hot water pipe under a wash basin has burst. The water supply at the mains has been turned off. The pipe will need to be replaced. Hopefully that is the only problem.

The existing hot water supply is coming from a shared hot water service with other apartments which is not reliable. We want to have installed a single phase electric hot water unit near our shower to increase the temperature on the existing line. I will organise the electrician to run the line to the area we require a hot water boost. I will supply the hot water unit. Disconnect internal hot water unit and remove, new unit few months old and reconnect after few days due to work being done. New flue needed as old one , may have asbestos . 2 visits to property, in kew, plumber required. Flue will be removed by the asbestos removal tradesman, But flue needs to be provided by you when reconnecting, And roof patched when flue taken away., and put back .Test hot water unit after reconnecting, to see it works ok. Coordinate work with asbestos remover.

Hi, we have an Aquamax G390SS hot water system which is leaking an excessive amount of water via the PTR/T&PR Valve Outlet runoff pipe. The number on the attached sticker is AQ900046-F Would like to get it fixed by the end of the week if possible but flexible on day and time. Thx Nick
