The hot water pipe under a wash basin has burst. The water supply at the mains has been turned off. The pipe will need to be replaced. Hopefully that is the only problem.

The existing hot water supply is coming from a shared hot water service with other apartments which is not reliable. We want to have installed a single phase electric hot water unit near our shower to increase the temperature on the existing line. I will organise the electrician to run the line to the area we require a hot water boost. I will supply the hot water unit.
