I’m after a high-quality, professional finish with excellent attention to detail. Job 1 – Plaster Repair * Repair a small gouge in the plasterboard caused by a door handle. * Patch, sand, prime and paint so the repair blends seamlessly with the existing wall. Job 2 – Wainscoting / Picture Frame Moulding * Supply and install picture-frame moulding in my hallway. * Hallway wall lengths are approximately: * Left wall: 4.89 m * Right wall: 2.3 m * Install with clean mitre joints, perfectly level alignment, and a neat finish. * Fill, caulk, prime and paint the moulding so it blends with the existing walls. Please bring all required tools and materials. Let me know whether you can colour-match the existing paint or if I need to provide the paint code from the builder. Hi there, I am based in Sunbury and I’m needing a few jobs done at my home. I’m not needing them all done at once. Maybe a few of the smaller ones once a month for a few months, and then we can leave the bigger ones until the end. I have attached photos for everything. Please note I’m able to buy any screws or things you may need from Bunnings myself. Just give me a list and I’ll get them. As well as my photos, I’m also needing an aerial put in upstairs for a television. Please note that the back decking is not rectangular. You can see in the photos that it is an odd shape, but at its widest points, it measures approximately 6mx4.4m. I also have the merbeu for the back decking. I will not need you to stain it. Just lay it if possible. For the stairs, I’m wanting cable railings (I can grab all the bits if you tell me what and how much to get). I will also need the handrails replaced - again in timber but I’m wanting a timber for the handrails that I’m able to stain. I can do the staining. I’m not sure how much I should quote for this. If you give me a price I can take it from there. - replace a grid in an evaporative cooling vent - install a evaporative cooling vent (I have the vent) - install a tv aerial - install a ceiling fan (the fan is up it just needs to be wired) - no heat is coming out of a ducted heating vent in the roof? - fix a roller shutter as it gets stuck when rolling - replace a downlight with a gimble downlight - fix a broken downlight as it doesn’t work when we switch it on - install an Ixl tastic in the bathroom - silicon a bath tap as it’s leaking - replace 2 outdoor light fittings (I’ll buy the fittings) - install a light under my stairs depending on how difficult the job would be as it’s not urgent - lay merbeu on the front verandah 3m x 1.10m. I have the merbeu - build a back deck I have the merbeu 6mx4.4m - replace handrails on stairs and install cable railings. - replace a doorway with a solid wall. Opening is 700x2040

I need the hole fixed. I can do the sanding and painting; I just need it patched up.

Looking for an experienced plasterer to plaster a ceiling that’s falling down? Ceiling is 7m x 5m old it has air con out lets and a ceiling light the ceiling needs to be totally removed and new ceiling put up with coving and tape fill and sand ready to paint. All wast moved from site.

I have a large mirror (95 cm x 60 cm) that I need fixed to a plaster wall.

Plaster needs attention

Remove the old window ac from the wall and plaster back the wall like no mark (I have 10 bricks in the garden that can be used. I think we need more - if same variety - better).

As a result of lighting works, there has been cuts/holes made on the plaster. Would need to patch, sand and paint them. 9 holes in total as shown in the photos.
