Jobs required: * Repair chipped rendered corner beside the sliding door (inside and outside of the corner). * Fill, sand and repaint the damaged render to match the existing * Repair damaged MDF skirting board corners in 4 locations. * Fill, sand and repaint the skirting boards white to match the existing finish.

I need a small wall bracket reinstalled. The wall plugs have pulled out of the wall when the bracket came loose. I need someone to remove the old anchors, supply suitable new wall anchors if required, and securely remount the bracket. The wall appears to be plasterboard. Photos attached. The surrounding ornamental moulding/detail must be preserved and not damaged. Scope: 2 ceiling roses Remove/flatten the raised centre section Patch and smooth the centre area Keep the outer decorative details intact Sand and make ready for painting Clean finish required Please protect the surrounding area while working Photos attached for reference.
