We’re installing a front yard balustrade and gate and need a steel post installed to support and stabilise the structure. Scope: - Supply and install 1 x steel post - Post size: 100mm x 100mm (dressed smooth) - Install depth: 400–500mm below ground level (concreted in) - Finished height: 1500mm above ground level - Ensure post is level, plumb, and suitable for fixing a balustrade/gate to Notes: - Task includes sourcing materials (post + concrete) - Easy access to the install location

The verandah is floor is timber, tongue and groove, L shaped and 26sqm. The job is to punch the nails (some nails on the outer edge are sitting proud) and then sand the verandah (sander must have dust bag) ready for sealing.

Tasks include: • Supply and install plasterboard to fill cut-out • Tape, set and apply compound (2–3 coats) • Sand smooth and leave ready for paint • Tidy edge near existing cornice (not expecting full cornice replacement, just a neat finish) No painting required – just a clean, professional finish ready for me to paint over

Repair cracks in plasterboard (not lathe and plaster) to wall in living room and one area in bathroom.

One side of the bedroom the power points have stopped working. Checked circuit board and none of the circuits are down. Not sure what else to do

Paint the whole house - ceiling, cornice, architrave, doors and windows. The first coat shall be done around early January. The color selection is an example.
