Hi! Looking for a skilled handyman or carpenter to modify our existing wooden slat display panel so we can use it as a portable display at weddings and events. What I need done: Cut the panel in half (horizontally across the middle) so it folds in two Install heavy-duty hinges along the cut so the panel folds flat for transport and lifts up to a full panel when set up on site Build a sturdy free-standing base/stand so the panel can stand upright on its own without needing to lean against a wall Add a latch or locking mechanism so the panel stays open and stable when set up Important: The panel needs to safely hold a neon sign and potentially a small flat-screen TV (roughly 5–15kg combined), so the stand and hinges must be strong enough to take the weight without tipping or flexing Has to be sturdy when set up but easy to fold down and transport in a car/van Needs to look clean and professional — it's used at expos so aesthetic matters Dimensions of the panel: Approx 2.4m x 900mm (x2 panels) Timeframe: Looking to have it done within the next 2 weeks. Part of the wall was damaged when skirting boards were removed. Job is to replace plaster on wall approx 1m x 1m down to the floor - would like the hairline crack replaced or covered too. The walls are lath and plaster (pictured) - ideally you have experience with this. Requirements: -Strip back to clean laths and replaster -If using drywall, screw to studs and tape joins using perforated/paper tape -Ensure a flat, smooth and sanded finish ready for painting -Remove all dust and debris from hallway -Please also dispose of old skirting boards pictured from hallway Also open to traditional plaster, just let me know in your offer. Awning window frame replaces with new movable frame

New owner of an old house - plumber required for maintenance issues. Laundry washing machine cold water tap leaks. 2x shower and 4x taps don't seal properly unless shut very tight, all need new washers. One toilet doesn't flush fully. One shower makes a screaming sound when hot water tap is on. Water pooling under one stump under house, possible leak or drainage issue.

We have 2 sign boards at the front of our clinic. 1. One is the big one. We will need to add extra panel below the big sign with writing on it. The dimensions for the panel that needs to be added are 700mm (H) x 3800 (W) 2. The small sign needs to be removed and a bigger one installed in place of this with extra writing on it.
