Repair Bathroom floor Grout has washed away in shower base. Surrounding floor exiting shower spongy. Edit: Looks like the subfloor is failing and would need repair / replacement. Some of the existing tiles have sunk ~ 5 CM from level with the rest of the floor inside the shower and outside the shower.

Two aluminium sliding doors, both dragging/grinding on the channel at the bottom, but only near the centre where the doors meet. Improves when I take life and take the weight when closing them together. Not sure if it is roller adjustment or something else (channel at the top appears slight lower in centre). Let me know if you'd prefer to take a look first. Also have a video I can send showing the issue.

One internal blind - too heavy for the area its been designed for - is pulling away from the ceiling. Blind is located in a living area and stretches across 2 patio sliding doors. Attached one end to a brick wall and the other to the ceiling. 2 options : 1. reinforce the area it is attached to on the ceiling and ensure safety 2. change the one long blind to 2 separate blinds (less heavy) and reattach to the ceiling - preference here to use the exisiting blind material.
