I have a rear alleyway at the back of my property . I am able to concrete posts in correctly and even supply garage door if needed but need motor . Looking to go about it the cheapest way but understand cost involved . Want door to be as wide as possible

My automatic single roller garage door has stopped responding. Pressing the wall button or the remote does nothing - no sound or movement from the motor at all. The door itself isn't damaged or jammed. I've already checked the power point the motor plugs into and it's working (tested with a phone charger), so the fault is inside the opener unit, not the house wiring. Garage door brand is Centurion. Unsure of the model.

Install wood heater in existing brick cavity. Must be licensed and require compliance cert. Removed mantle and I think ready for install. Appears to have plenty of height. Can help with manual handling if required. It’s a brick fire place with a flue already inside chimney. Flue extends up through house and through flat roof. I’ve been told it may need to be extended slightly for compliance.
