Concrete Work: Cut and remove sections of the concrete floor as necessary. Rough-In Plumbing: Rough in water and waste lines for new fixtures, including a walk-in shower with a 40mm raised shower base and a washing machine. Reinforcement: Supply and install new reo-mesh and reo-bars as needed. Concrete Restoration: Reinstate the concrete floor as required. Clean-Up: Clean the work area and remove all rubbish from the site. Note: The client will supply all fixtures, tapware, and tiles.
