I need someone to cut into the wood of the front door and the frame that it latches to and install a door handle. In Carlton, this Friday afternoon. At the moment the door is only openable from the inside, and we need it to be openable from the outside.

I’m looking for an experienced handyman to complete the following jobs at my property: 1. Fixing bath door and sealing surroundings to stop water flooding out and fixing bathroom door lock 2. Replace Bathroom Exhaust Fan The existing bathroom exhaust fan has stopped working and needs to be replaced. Please remove the old fan and install the new one. The replacement fan will be provided unless otherwise agreed. 3. Replace Several Light Bulbs Replace a number of light bulbs throughout the property. The house is double-storey, so you must bring a tall ladder to safely access the high ceilings. Please also bring all necessary tools to complete the job. Requirements • Experience with general handyman and basic electrical work. • Bring all required tools and equipment. • Must have a tall ladder suitable for a double-storey house. • Please quote for labour only unless you are supplying any additional materials. Install fisher and paykel vented clothes dryer

I have some motorized blinds from Yoolax that need to be installed above a large bedroom window. There is also a curtain pelmet that needs to be installed higher up under the picture rail. The wall is brick with a plaster render over the top. The brackets are supplied, but you will need to supply the appropriate wall plugs and screws. We need an art installer for our busy install period (6pm onwards, venue close-out is 10pm though we may finish before then if work is efficient). Our team will be unloading and hanging as many paintings as possible during this time. We will have our hang plan largely sorted and hire a runner who will work with us. This is a 21m booth and so will be a bit of work, as there are often many paintings to hang. We will start you off on the big pieces then move to small, and I need someone who is used to spacing out paintings evenly. Tools and hardware will be provided, but if you prefer your own drill feel free to bring it along! I will attach some images of our previous hangs as an example, and we will provide light refreshments. We will meet you 15 mins ahead of the loading time at 6pm.

I need a large mirror hung back on a plaster wall where it fell off. I need my bathroom cupboard hinge fixed as the screws are very loose and the whole thing hangs off. See pictures. If possible, too, I need my carpets steam cleaned :) And my outside roof glass windows cleaned/hosed down etc

Undo both flexible waste connections by hand, undo clips from underneath kitchen sink. Remove kitchen sink out of position. Using reciprocating saw or jigsaw section of cupboard out underneath where mixer tap is. Once removed, reinstall kitchen sink and test for any leaks.

Need a couple holes covered to stop rodent access - will be a quick job, holes are hidden so no preference on how they are filled
