Find an experienced handyman in Prahran

Looking for a handyman to complete two small jobs before I move out. Job 1: Wall holes (lounge room) Approx 17 small holes in the wall from a TV wall mount (i tried to to install it myself lol) . Some have been previously filled with Selleys but look uneven/rough. I need these holes filled and the wall looking back to normal. Please note I'm a tenant so the finish needs to look clean - let me know if i need to ask landlord for paint colour or something? Job 2: Sliding bedroom door buffer The rubber buffer/stopper on sliding door needs replacing (my cat scratched it up). It would be easiest if you could source and bring the stick on part, if possible? Both jobs are in Prahran - parking is easy

Need to fix a small patch on the dry wall which came out due to wall sticker.

My partner and I need someone to fix a door to our laundry. It’s a bi-fold hinge door that one section has come off of due to the hinges breaking. I’ve taken a picture of the current situation with one half of the door still attached and the other half is being kept in storage. I have also purchased the hinges to replace the broken ones (pictures attached also), however, it would be great if whoever did the job was able to supply their own tools. Please let me know if you have any more questions or need further information! I’ve put the price at $100, but if you feel that isn’t right I’m open to negotiation.

I have a blockout blind that has fallen off it's holder. It's a really easy job, just requiring someone with a ladder to drop in and put it back up. I've done this before myself, but I'm not in the country right now. Can someone local drop in and fix it? Should take all of 5 minutes. Josh

Metal beaded chain on my roller blind has snapped and the blind won’t roll up/down properly on two sets of blinds. Looking for someone to: • Replace the chain and/or clutch mechanism • Ensure blind rolls smoothly and is reinstalled correctly Blind is mounted high (loft ceiling) so a tall ladder will be required.

Handyman needed: painting fell, with minor patch up needed ☺️ patch 1 small hole/chip in plaster near skirting sand smooth, prime, and touch-up paint to match any similar white wall. ☺️ Please quote including materials ☺️

Install sink and tap when benchtop is replaced. New benchtop sink and tap pictured. The benchtop has cutouts and sealed with poly so just needs a plumber to detach the old sink and tap and replace The drain holes and to tap are in slightly different locations so may need slight calibration but not by much.
