Carpenter needed to re-align/re-hang the front door. Door has dropped on its hinges slightly, no longer latches properly each close - have to lift by the handle slightly for it to take. Everything is in good condition otherwise - door was taken off a couple months ago to shave the bottom, so I think this is a result of it not being hung properly when put back..

Install mobility grab rails in toilet

I need two very strong people to manoeuvre and hold a 100kg commercial advertising screen. It does need to be lifted high, it just needs to be lifted onto a dolly and held upright on the dolly. The height of the dolly is the installation height. It’s got grab handles and I have a dolly which helps but simply getting it off the floor safely will require a lot of strength. I also need the timber crate/packaging the screen was delivered in taken away and disposed of, biggest pieces are 2m x 1m (face pieces).
