Need a small wall gouge repaired in a Prahran rental. Must scrape, fill, sand flush, colour-match paint, and match the wall's stipple texture to pass inspection. Price must include all materials and paint sample pot. Flexible on timing.

Blind won’t go up needs fixing

After a break in at my apartment I need door fixed. The strike plate locks bung, the lock plate might be able to be bent into shape, other hardware okay. Also a small patch / fill to door and paint (it is a satin / semigloss water based paint) might be able to find some leftovers in the basement?

Log burner as seen in photos is not working correctly. Fire goes out when door is shut, seems like not enough air is circulating. Have tried different logs, opening the small air vent. Smoke is going up the chimney so likely does not need sweeping. Photos show fire able to be lit but cannot be maintained. Also Weber integrated BBQ is not igniting despite new gas bottle. Ideally someone could fix both!

One of the roller blinds in my living room has come loose from the wall. The bracket is still in place but the screws have pulled loose from the plasterboard and won't tighten properly. Looking for someone to supply suitable wall plugs/fixings, secure the bracket properly, and reattach the blind.

My partner and I need someone to fix a door to our laundry. It’s a bi-fold hinge door that one section has come off of due to the hinges breaking. I’ve taken a picture of the current situation with one half of the door still attached and the other half is being kept in storage. I have also purchased the hinges to replace the broken ones (pictures attached also), however, it would be great if whoever did the job was able to supply their own tools. Please let me know if you have any more questions or need further information! I’ve put the price at $100, but if you feel that isn’t right I’m open to negotiation.

I have a blockout blind that has fallen off it's holder. It's a really easy job, just requiring someone with a ladder to drop in and put it back up. I've done this before myself, but I'm not in the country right now. Can someone local drop in and fix it? Should take all of 5 minutes. Josh

Metal beaded chain on my roller blind has snapped and the blind won’t roll up/down properly on two sets of blinds. Looking for someone to: • Replace the chain and/or clutch mechanism • Ensure blind rolls smoothly and is reinstalled correctly Blind is mounted high (loft ceiling) so a tall ladder will be required.
