Looking for an experienced handyman in Elwood for 3 jobs. Please provide an estimate based on the photos, and let me know whether an inspection is required before quoting. 1. Wall: Remove a stuck-on map, clean adhesive residue, and patch/ repaint 3. Door handles: Replace 2 electronic keypad locks with the original smaller handles. The doors have larger cutouts that may need filling or reinforcing for a secure fit. I can provide photos of each job, including close-ups and wider shots for context. Please let me know what photos or measurements you need. Looking for someone reliable, experienced and reasonably priced who can complete all 3 jobs.
