Managed to pull of section of ornamental arch plaster. Need cosmetic fix. Pice that fell off is still whole.

I’m looking for an experienced installer/builder to assemble and install a small garden shed on top of a 20ft shipping container at my venue in Cremorne (near Swan St). The shed is: Absco 2.26m x 1.52m reverse skillion shed (from Bunnings) Important details: The shed will be installed on a flat shipping container roof (approx. 6m x 2.4m) This is not a standard ground install — experience with sheds, roofing, or elevated installs is important I do NOT want the container roof penetrated/drilled into (no direct fixing into the metal roof) Scope of work: Assemble shed (flat pack from Bunnings) Build a suitable base frame (timber) to sit on the container Ensure the base is level and weight-distributed Install protective layer (e.g. rubber pads) between base and roof Secure shed to the base frame (not the container) Ensure structure is stable and safe for wind exposure Nice to have (not essential but preferred): Experience installing sheds on rooftops or unusual surfaces Ability to advise on best way to secure and weatherproof setup Access: Easy access via venue (details can be discussed) Location: Cremorne VIC 3121 Timing: Flexible — ideally within the next 1–2 weeks Please include: Photos of previous shed installs or similar work Brief explanation of how you would approach this job Happy to discuss details and materials if needed. Commercial office door was opened forcefully and now drags on the floor and does not close properly. Likely top hinge has shifted or screws have pulled loose. Door closer may need re-alignment. Looking for someone experienced with commercial door repairs. Can provide video showing the issue.

We’ve got a couple of small maintenance jobs around the office that need fixing: One of our booth seats has come loose — when you sit on the edge, it lifts up, so it just needs to be reattached. Our rubbish bin drawer runners are sticking, making them quite stiff and difficult to pull out — they likely just need to be adjusted or cleared. We are needing to get 2 x porcelain whiteboards installed by EOD Friday the 13th Feb, between the hours of 9-5:30pm in Cremorne (right next to Richmond station). The whiteboards are 2400 x 1200mm and come with required mounting fixtures. These are to be mounted on standard office plaster walls, using the included landscape installation baton. Wet plaster needs to be replaced for the ceiling

Repair damaged plaster on ceiling and then paint. I will supply the paint. The size of the plaster is approximately 1m x 1.2 m.

1. Install ceiling fan in lower level of two storey town house. Support may be needed in ceiling depending on ceiling cavity. Photo of ceiling fan in job. 2. Replace current exhaust fan with something that has airflow about 349m3 and a run on timer. We currently don’t have the exhaust fan.

Hi, I need someone today to: • Remove the existing flyscreen from my security door (just the mesh, not the door itself) • Supply and install a new flyscreen mesh • Install a new hydraulic door closer on the same door I would ideally like the mesh to be colour matched to the other units but that is not a deal breaker The current mesh is damaged and the old closer is broken/missing. We require 2 x bedside table lights installed into the brick wall. We will supply the lights. We want 2 x power switches with dimmers on each side. You will need to supply the light switches and dimmers. Please note our lights are very fragile and require careful installation. We also required 2 x floating bedside tables to be screwed into the brick wall. We will supply the bedside table, but you need to supply the screws. We have 2 x power outlets behind our bedhead - which we hope can be utilised to install the lights. Please note it is a brick wall. We want the order to go: light, under that is the bedside table, under that is the switch & dimmer hiding.
