The photo shows the rotten section that needs to be cleaned and filled. I dont want the entire frame to be replaced, just fix of the rotten sections.

Install 2 floating shelves Need two floating shelves mounted to a wall in my apartment. I already have both shelves, mounting brackets, screws and wall fixings supplied with the shelves. Nothing needs to be supplied. The shelves are designed for either plasterboard or masonry. I’m unsure which wall type I have, so I need someone experienced who can identify the wall type and install them correctly. Please bring your own drill/tools required for installation. One shelf will hold a small projector. Installation only.

Replace front door handle with a new set (provided). Easy job, I just don’t have time for a Bunnings run to buy drill bit to make existing hole bigger. Other than that, it’s a simple swap out of like for like. Preference given to anyone who can do it between 8-10am tomorrow morning.

Hi, I need a handyman to reattach the front panel of my bathroom vanity. The white front cover has come off completely. From what I can tell, it appears it was originally attached using adhesive/glue. The old adhesive has failed and the panel has detached. Job requirements: * Remove any remaining old adhesive from both surfaces. * Apply a suitable high-strength construction adhesive suitable for bathroom/wet areas. *Reattach and align the front panel neatly. * Hold/clamp it in place if required until it is secure. * Please do not use screws or drill holes-l want it fixed using adhesive only, similar to how it was originally installed. * Bring the appropriate adhesive and any tools needed for the job. I've attached photos of the vanity and the deattached panel.

The wall in the courtyard near the AC unit has been damaged by a bush which grew into it. The bush has been removed and its removal has created an exposed hole in the wall. And there was also damage to the skirting on the left side of the hole during the removal. I am looking for an experienced builder or handyman to repair the wall damage and waterproof the damaged area to prevent any water getting in during rain. The job: -clear the minor debris left over from the wall damage in the hole -repair the hole in the wall and paint over it with matching colour -repair the skirting on the left (below the AC pipes) -water proof the damaged area to prevent future rain damage The attached photos should hopefully show the full extent of the damage and repair required. There was water leakage that is now fixed. Need to restore plaster and paint with colour match.

I am looking for a handy person to help me fix both my bathroom door handle and my balcony door - please see the photos below. Bathroom door - handle is starting to fall off, not sure how to put back on, but no parts missing as far as I know. Balcony door - lock part has fallen off (but I have it on hand) door cannot lock.
