Kitchen sink water flow slowly because of blocked piping.

Apartment kitchen sink blocked. Tried unscrewing pipe directly under but source of blockage seems too deep to reach with non-plumbing tools. Tried drain clearing liquid from Supermarket but no luck. water is still going down but at very slow speed. *We need a guaranteed work as we already paid to end of lease cleaning company but it didn't work. We are a short-term rental managing company and have many tasks. We need someone who can remove the yellow stain on the sink. Kitchen sink drainage very slow. Clogged after p trap. Off street parking available. All household residents double vaccinated.

The tap is bit loose at the base in kitchen sink. Also the in bathroon white silicon need to be applied in few areas not everywhere.Some of the silicon in corner came off annd looks bit ugly due to mould.

I need someone to uninstall the water filter under the kitchen sink. It was installed 2 years ago, and it's time to replace it with a new filter. However, we just want to remove it altogether.
