We are renovating an old garage and need some plastering done. Existing plaster wall needs patching in a few places (see photos) sanded and ready for painting. Some damage holes, some from the sparky. Damage has been cut out from the wall so we need board hung and troweled in. Size is 1040 x 610 A long strip has been removed of the ceiling to allow for new framing and we need that section replaced and troweled in for panting. Size is 4700 x 600. Is also like insulation put back in (supplied) There is also some patching needed on the ceiling, where a narrow support timber column was for a now removed mezzanine, and some holes also where the old light and fan were; this is on the photos. Wanted fix the Oak burner in the restaurant

Our rear verandah – cement sheet lining has three key ‘openings’ that we want to block up in the most cost effective manner. They are, (a) small circular hole where a heater flue was removed, (b) opening on top of sliding door which was replaced and (c) on top of laundry window where an external roller blind was removed. These openings have seen possums and other visitors climb into the roof cavity. I have 3 cement sheets on site already, 2400 long which can be used. Just after someone handy to block up these holes asap – I am not after a perfect job, if I wanted perfect, I would replace the whole roof lining. So I am very understanding. Hi, I need someone to come and fix a roller blind that has fallen off from the top area above a sliding door. The blind itself appears to still be available, but it has come loose/fallen from the top fitting and needs to be reattached securely. Photos are attached showing the blind, bracket/fixing area, chain, and sliding door area. The job is to: • Refit the roller blind back into place
• Check the existing brackets/fittings
• Secure it properly so it does not fall again
• Bring basic tools, screws/plugs/fixings if needed
• Make sure the chain/blind operates safely after fitting This is at a residential property. Prefer someone with experience fixing blinds, roller blinds, curtain tracks, or similar handyman jobs.
