I have an awning that I want installed on the wall of my house I have assembled it, but its too large to manage on my own. The awning is 3.6m long. I'm happy to assist with lifting it to mark up and then mount as required. The wall of the house is Hebel. I have a selection of fittings that should be enough for the install.

I need 4 x plasterboard approx 100mm holes patched. I need a section of approx 500x500 plasterboard that has warped from moisture damage to be cut out and replaced. All patches need to be finished flush for painting.

We have a very cute wooden shed in our backyard but it’s just gathering dust. We’d love it to turn it into a home sauna. We have done lots of research, however don’t have the building skills to DIY this ourselves. we need to : - Seal the eaves/roof of the current shed - remove some of the shelves, etc that are in there already.( hopefully some of these materials can be used to build the seats.) - maybe replace 2 existing windows, unless we can get the glass replaced with tempered glass. - line the interior with special insulation and heat reflective foil - line with wooden planks - Remake the seats We will do all the sanding and painting, etc and organise the electrician separately. Would hopefully love to find someone who has ever made a sauna before if that’s at all possible! Replace a double GPO in bathroom

I had a leaking in the roof between floors so I had to cut the plaster ceiling and replace it with another plaster piece. Just need to fill the plaster along the edges well with the ceiling

Only Vanity area replace with 6mm cement sheet. 2) Toilet 2 around 2.3M depth x 1.76M width x 2.1M height. Ensure all original Disabled railing will be reinstalled at the same position. Replace all walls with WR plasterboard. 3) Kitchenette area just 1 wall , 2.3M depth x 2.1M height. Replace only Kitchenette unit Wall. 4) Fix skirting board area damaged plasterboard 5) Fix Damaged wall in warehouse area 6) Fix a few holes inside downstairs area. 7) Refit 3 fire extinguisher brackets on proper noggins.
