Repairs to two areas of external render. One area is at the top of the second storey.

We need this awning down as it is no longer needed, and must be gone for us to have new windows installed. It is high, and roof access is minimal as our roof is curved. There is a small flat space on top. Access is difficult, I believe.

Various house maintenance tasks, must have big ladder and be able to get on awning/roof. - clean plastic roof cover (not sure what it’s called) may need pressure hose for this - clear gutters and drain pipes - silicon bathroom - reattach box to wall (not sure what it’s called)

Removal of old metal awning outside above ground floor sliding doors. Bolt holes will need filling in bricks. Awning and metal bars for scrap metal.

I am looking to install a dishwasher in my kitchen. I will need to get a power point somewhere in the bottom cupboards in order to provide power to the dishwasher. There is currently power on the right wall of the attached photos

We have started to fix a few bumps and cracks and need a professional to finish the job in preparation for us to paint.

Old concrete verandah 5mx1.6m & top front step in need of repair & painting - verandah has a number of cracks & on one of the front steps a chunk of concrete has broken off & needs replacing - please see photos. We are wanting to patch up & paint not replace the whole verandah & we are not sure regarding costs etc

Need plasterboard in a small bathroom ceiling removed and replaced. Bathroom is 2.1 x 2 metres approx. should be an easy enough job.

Repair of damage to plasterboard wall - Due date: Before Friday, 24 November 2023

We need some plastering patching done. There are 4 sections of plastering patching required: Section 1. Master bedroom wall; 30cm x 90cm Section 2. Bathroom Ceiling; 30cm x 30cm Section 3. Kids bedroom wall; 150cm x 60cm Section 4. Hallway ceiling; 30cm x 30cm The plaster boards is still there it’ll just need to be gyprocked, patched and sanded. Ready for us to paint. See photos/ I can provide photos or in person inspection prior. I’m not sure what this would normally cost so listed a generic price. You will bring your own tools and have detailed experience with this sort of work and clean up afterwards. Job is located in Clifton Hill. Thanks! - Due date: Flexible
