approx 2.6 x 4 sq metre floor needs resurfacing! has just been cleared of mould - has some staples and loose nails that need removing as well as some stuck underlay (will probably require hammer, nips, Stanley knife or paint scraper etc), then needs proper sanding, caulking and stain and varnish. hoping to achieve a nice dark walnut colour. also need walls and ceiling painted white to restore it to how it looked originally, a sand may be needed to achieve good results as walls are stained with tobacco. you provide materials! only a bedframe is left in the room which may need to be taken apart and removed, just needs brackets unscrewed. i'll be away so i'll get someone else to meet you at my house! We have just completed a renovation and unfortunately the painter has been unable to complete the final touch ups because of personal illness. In addition there has been some water damage which needs to be repaired. We are looking for an experienced painter who is able to finish the paintwork.
