Remove light mould from walls and ceiling in downstairs bathroom, and from a small area in an ensuite upstairs (roof of shower, immediately underneath a skylight). Both bathrooms are small. Please note we are looking for someone to clean the mould off, not just paint over it. The first 6 photos are of the mould in the downstairs bathroom (includes one close up). The last photo shows the mould in the upstairs ensuite (just need the circled area cleaned - the glass is only dirty on the outside). - Due date: Before venerdì 13 gennaio 2023

Remove mould, treat with microban (you supply) and repaint (i have paint) ceiling/wall section approx 10sqm. Must be done monday/Tuesday.

Looking for someone experienced to help finish painting the upper section of an exterior wall at my cafe. I’ve already completed the lower portion, this job is just the top ~1–1.5 metres of wall, up to the horizontal blue band (see photos). Scope of work: Paint upper section of exterior wall (approx. 12m long) Includes a few smaller front sections/panels Cut clean line to where the blue ends and the peachy colour begins Work around pipes, cables, and fixtures neatly Paint supplied (green exterior paint) Important notes: You’ll need a ladder (I have a 6 step without platform but would recommend your own) One small front panel is exposed brick due to previous water damage that has now been resolved. Ideally 2 professionals who work together. The walls have already been undercoated. Paint will be supplied and we have a ladder. Please bring drop sheets to protect floor as it is newly laid. The aim is to get as much done on Wednesday and we will complete remaining work on Thursday. Suggested budget is $400 per person.

I need the ficus plant shown in the photos to be stripped back from the wall, and as much as possible of the roots removed. That section of the external wall should then be sanded and painted. I will supply the paint.

I have an external wall (approx 2m x 6m) which I’d like painted.

Precious tenant has left candle marks on the wall, we tried getting rid of it with alcohol wipes but it didn’t help much. Think it needs to be painted over. You would need to provide the paint etc and also need the hooks removed and painted over. Thanks

Paint from bedroom wall has ripped off from bluetac.

I am looking for someone to do a quick once over of a recently painted wall. I tried to do some touch ups, which didn’t work, then wiped it down, which left streaks. I now I just need one final roller coat to even everything out. No cutting in required. Some of the areas I touched up may need a light sand, I also need a small picture hook hole filled. Area approx 11 sqm. Paint provided

We are installing a large format canvas wallpaper in a retail space in Carlton North, and the surface needs to be prepped first, with Viponds Self Adhesive Prep Coat. The wall is 900cm wide by 375cm high, and requires two coats (with a 2 hour dry time in between). We can supply the Viponds products, you provide all the tools. This will need to be done in a specific timeframe within 24 hours before the wallpaper is installed - we don't yet have a confirmed date for this, but it's likely to happen within 2 - 3 weeks (approximately by October 10th.

Painter required for approximately 280sqm of internal ceiling, wall painting, staircase and window frames. Site is prepped and base coat applied. Two coats required across three ground level rooms. Wall plastering for the sitting room area of an old terrace house. As the images show, most of the old plaster layer had fallen off. The remaining portion of the plaster was mainly cement based and bind strongly to the wall, there is no need to peel them off. The area is 3.64M in length and 3.52M in width. The floor-to-ceiling height is 2.89M - Due date: Before Monday, 31 October 2022

We're hoping someone's free tomorrow to do this job for us: - The window was repaired and needs gaps filled - Part of the baseboard is missing and needs replacing - fill/sand (?) a few cracks and nail holes - 2 coats of paint, room is approx 3.5x4m with tall ceilings, we don't have paint so please include cost in quote if possible. Standard small bedroom sizes: Bed 1: 330 x 310cm Bed 2: 330 x 364cm Looking to have it done this weekend - preference for today (Saturday), if not Sunday. Paint not supplied: Hayman’s Expressions Matte White (walls and ceilings) British Paints Clean & Protect Interior Acrylic White (or best match).

We require a light, cosmetic sanding (just to remove light paint stains easily) and a lick of dark varnish for 2 small bedrooms (easy square rooms). Images to come shortly.
