Box in water pipes from vanity to floor, including a tiled skirting 10cmx10x10x50 ish (I have the tile and the sheet). Complete the caulking: incl around the toilet, skirting and on the mitred tiles incl removing some around the skirting. Looking for someone to do a small spot repair on a wall where double-sided tape lifted the paint. The damaged area is approximately 5 cm x 8 cm.
