sand down 7 door fronts for our kitchen cabinetry (2 of which are tall pantry sized and the other 5 are shorter) and 4 of which for draws. They are solid timber and we are wanting to sand the top layer so we can stain them with a darker stain. Please also provide separate cost if we were to include staining

Hello, I’m after a qualified & insured Painter for the walls of a 2 bedroom/2 level apartment to be painted, most likely in Dulux Vivid White. Ceiling, doors, cornices & gloss skirting trims are already white, so it will be ONLY painting over the current light grey on the walls themselves to make them white as well. There will also be a few picture frame holes to fill in - these will be marked out for you. Settlement is on Thursday 11th April, so work can begin Friday 12th April. No furniture removal required - all furniture in photos will be removed before job. Carpet will be replaced once painting is complete, however floor boards on level 1 will need to be covered with drop sheets. A pre-inspection is available this Wednesday 3rd April at 11.30am.
