After having our windows replaced across our 2-storey house, the installers have used external trim that was unpainted, and we need this finished to seal the surfaces. We have tried with a ladder, but it is challenging to get to, and we would like a painter who knows how to safely paint small sections high up (ground to underside of ceiling is 6m) on the outside of the house. There is no adjacent roof or balconies to use to reach these areas, and the pathway access underneath is quite narrow (see picture). There is only very small bits of painting to do on 3 windows on the second floor, all on one side of the house, but will need 3 coats. Job will not be more than a day of work, but will likely be a bit fiddly moving between each of the windows in a small space. Must bring own equipment for accessing space, but we will provide paint and brushes and tape as required. - Due date: Flexible

I am looking to have this brick wall painted white to match the other white walls in the house. The wall covers the downstairs living area on one side of the room, wraps around the staircase and extends into one bedroom upstairs. I do not have paint or materials, so these would need to be factored in to the cost. There is no paint on there at the moment, so it would probably need 2-3 coats. In addition, I’m hoping to have a sliding door and frame painted (is painted at the moment, but wanting to change the colour).

Our weatherboard home has recently been re-clad with all new timbers. We require someone to fill gaps/nail holes and seal up window architraves before it can be painted. Note: painting not included in this task.

250sqm of cleanable area. Will require someone with knowledge, equipment, chemicals, high pressure washers. Remove grease and grime from walls, ceiling and concrete floor ready for painting. Some outdoor areas also need a spray. Also remove graffiti from front of building and other areas accessible from street level. There is an upstairs area also which cannot be high pressure cleaned but you might have some ideas.

I have an old Laundry room in my house that needs to be made nice enough to be a good looking clean laundry. Paint / Patching and just general fixing up. Its only a small room. There is a little bit of Mould that needs removal to. The floor may also need a looking over. Mould removal - inside one of the bedroom cupboards, also in the bathroom there is some mould that needs to be permanently removed and then painted over. See Pictures attached.

The roof floor is only 3.5m from the ground floor, yet safety precautions are necessary. I have 60m2 of spotted gum deck that needs to be cleaned and re-sealed. Probably requires pressure washing and coating I don’t want it resanded as I prefer the silver look of aged timber. I just need pressure washed and scrubbed to remove grime. Deck is 7 years old - Due date: Before Friday, 15 December 2023
