Any significant plasterboard replacement to be identified separately after inspection. Exterior: front façade/painted surfaces, one front entry door and front fence. Clean patch and repaint warehouse floor in Flowcrete Deckshield UV colour matched to existing floor paint. 134sqm. Paint is in good condition but needs to be done for rental exit. Must include all cleaning materials, paint and painting tools etc. Nothing provided by me except access.

I need painting done my house

We have just painted inside our house and need the entry level hallway and the open plan lounge/kitchen/ dining caulked. Most of it will be natural white and the kitchen has kickboards that are metallic so maybe a grey. There is approx 50 metres to caulk. All easy access

A few walls need topcoat its White and a couple of spots outside.

Final coat to walls/ semi gloss to woodwork and general touch ups

Paint house exterior. Single storey weatherboard roughly 100sqm. Weatherboard in white. Roof/Trim in light grey. 3.5 sides (only half of 1 side needed). Top and side of garage not needed.

Touch up paint for these areas in the house seen in these photos. There may be 1 other tiny spots we missed in photos. I can supply the paint if needed. It's natural white low sheen.

One wall approx 30 X 3 Metres and back wall approx 3 X 2 Metres but will need ladder. Will require one undercoat and one top coat. Very minimal sanding required. I will supply paint
