I would like for the exterior of my weatherboard house in Northcote to be painted. House is ~270m². I would like this properly prepped and sanded back where required as well as replacement of any damaged weatherboards as required. Prepping will need to include mould treatment (where required) & Wash, Full house wash down and anti-mould treatment prior to painting, Full scraping of loose paint, sanding to a feathered edge, and spot-priming bare wood. Removal of failed sealant and re-caulking of all gaps, joins, and window/door perimeters with premium exterior flexible gap filler. Painting will cover 2 coats of exterior paint and priming where required after prepping completed. Entire exterior needs to be painted including Weatherboards (entire perimeter), Eaves, soffits, and fascias, downpipes, Window frames, sashes, and sills, Exterior doors and door frames, Baseboards / foundations.

Areas to be painted: Living room (3.6m x 4.8m, 3.8m ceilings) Dining room (5.0m x 3.8m, 3.0m ceilings) Rear bedroom 1 (3.8m x 3.8m, 3.0m ceilings) Rear bedroom 2 (3.8m x 4.9m, 3.8m ceilings) Hallway (1.5m x 9.3m, 3.8m ceilings) Total paintable area ≈ 393 m² Scope includes: Minor prep, filling and sanding of cracks. We need these sloped plastered walls straightened to return them to regular walls. They were previously set up for photography purposes. We’re not really sure of the process of how to do this! There are three walls in total - two at the front of the property and another in the rear. Photos attached.

We need some painting done on the exterior of our home to match our new roof and some areas already painted. We would like the green trim along the pitch of the roof to be re-painted in Basalt and the triangle section at the front of the house re-painted in Tranquil Retreat. We need you to sand the weatherboards and do any other prep to ensure it is ready to be painted. You will need to supply your own sanding and safety equipment.

I need one large open plan room with very high ceilings painted (walls will also need to be wipped down). I need one bedroom painted (it is one a mezzanine level)(walls will also need ot be wiped down). I am doing most of the work (doors and other areas), but am running out of time to do it all. Painting the eastern exterior wall of a single storey weatherboard house approx 17m long by 3m tall. The wall needs scraping and sanding with some filling needed in places. All materials and paint to be supplied by the painter. I don't expect the gutters or down pipes to be painted. I do want some paint left behind (1 or 2 litres) for any small touch up jobs in the future. Cleanliness, in particular no litter being left around the house or on our street, is very important to me.
