I am looking for a painter to paint the internal and external of my rental property. You need to paint the following on the internal: Ceiling, Cornices, Skirting Boards, Internal Doors, Door Architraves, Door jambs, windows, window architraves, picture rails, picture rails, privacy screens. On the external, you need to paint the following: fascia, gutter, downpipes, eaves, house walls, windows, windows architraves, rear and side doors, laundry doors, door architraves, steps, porch, paths and steps. I have not attached a colour guide for external walls but will provide it separately once the job is assigned. I have attached the details of the colours, layout of the house etc. There is a separate laundry outside the main house structure that also need to be painted from the inside.

Painting a 4B house, including patching some small holes in various places. Paint would include all walls, some doors and ceilings. Bathrooms and Downstairs Family room are NOT included.

Please provide a response that includes labour and materials. For further clarification: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with laundry and garage as per photos. Walls + ceilings + skirt boards + frames on windows and on doors to be painted. Walls are in good condition with minor defects. Minimum two coats required needed to achieve quality coverage. Colour: Dulux Whisper White or equivalent, low sheen walls and semigloss on all frames and skirt boards. Yes, I will need an invoice. Cheers and thanks again.

Small 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house needs interior painted white in readiness for sale. We know it’s an old house and areas such as the bathroom won’t look amazing, we just need the interior painted white throughout including internal doors. In total small open kitchen/dining/lounge, hall way, combined bathroom/laundry, three bedrooms, four internal doors and kitchen cupboards. We require ceiling, walls, doors and skirting. We do not require the beams to be painted. We require clean/bright white paint throughout. There will be some furniture in the house that we will have moved away from the walls . Thanks.
