Small maintenance list for my apartment, ideally done in one visit: 1) Bi-fold cupboard door – Hinge bracket has fractured at the pivot point; door is barely attached. Needs hinge replaced (see photo). 2) Kitchen drawer – Concealed cabinet hinge under the drawer has failed and needs replacing (see photo). 3) Rangehood/cabinet trim strip – Old adhesive along the underside trim has failed and is peeling. Needs old glue removed and properly re-glued/sealed (see photo) 4) Shower caddy rail – Rail arm has snapped clean off the wall bracket. Needs a replacement rail or new unit fitted (ideally matched replacement as are others in the b'room - see photos). 5) Wall crack repair – Small hairline crack (~15-20cm), needs filling, sanding and paint touch-up to match. See photos.

1. All internal door handles (x7) to be replaced. Replacement handles already purchased. 2. Front door needs slight realignment, and weather sealing. We don’t have any of the weather seals so will require this to be part of the quote. 3. Back sliding glass door doesn’t slide smoothly, and needs a new lock and handle. We don’t have new lock and handle so will need to be part of the quote. Happy with liken for like. See photos.

Job is to install 2x String system shelves (https://www.stringfurniture.com/en/series/string/system). One set is 210cm high, the other is 115cm high. Requires an impact / hammer drill for plugs/screws to attach bookshelves to the wall. I am available to assist so job only requires one person.

Hello, I have a number of small tasks that I need completed. I am hoping this can all be completed by one person. 1. Fix Window. This is an old, double hung window that will not stay up when opened. Am assuming the rope is detached or broken but unsure. 2. Assembly of two flat packs, one stool (should be very straight forward) and one kitchen island. 3. Fix towel rain, the wall fixtures have come loose and no longer support the towel rail. 4. Hammer drill installation of two brackets on brick wall. 5. Removal and replacement of retractable clothes line. The existing clothes line no longer works/retracts. We have purchased a new line, this just needs to be installed. 6. Bathroom door was taken off its hinges, just needs re installation. I have all the screws. Please advise if additional info or photos is required. Cheers Anika

The clearance on the latch side is extremely tight and the door rubs/jams against the frame. We need to sound proof a window (preferably from the outside) to block noises from - ducted gas heater. We have insulation batts and a sound blocking heavy rubber that can be used / attached but we are needing guidance and muscle power from somebody who has done this before. The sound proofing needs to be very good - we don’t want to hear anything from the inside.

Hi - I need someone to install 12 steel pitch vertical wall strips onto a plaster and masonry wall (brackets and shelves will be mounted onto pitch strips after - see photo attached). The pitch strips need to be installed in 6 verticals 0.5m from floor, so they will reach 3m up the wall (i.e. each vertical is 2.5m). There are 12 strips in total 6 x 2m, 6 x 0.5m. We are painting the room this week so need quick installation Tuesday evening prior to painters coming in (there is a small amount of flexibility with timing). Steel strips, screws and plugs provided. Room has been cleared of furniture. BYO masonry drill and stepladder. Thanks!
