Need to replace an internal door that was fitted externally to our house when we bought it. It’s fallen off its hinge. Replacing with second hand external door and also need a dog door fitted. Will supply replacement door, locks and dog door.

One frame of the French door needs realignment. Needs: -adjust door hinges and realign door panel within frame -adjust/reposition strike plate so latch engages and locks correctly.

Need an electrician to swap out a ceiling fan remote receiver. Have to correct receiver kit from the original manufacturer, just need the old receiver disconnected and the new one wired in (fan and light). Easy access, standard ceiling height. Should be a 10-15 min job

Need approx 8 picture hooks installed in rental property. Plasterboard walls. As rental, needs to be minimal damage to walls.

Hello, I have a number of small tasks that I need completed. I am hoping this can all be completed by one person. 1. Fix Window. This is an old, double hung window that will not stay up when opened. Am assuming the rope is detached or broken but unsure. 2. Assembly of two flat packs, one stool (should be very straight forward) and one kitchen island. 3. Fix towel rain, the wall fixtures have come loose and no longer support the towel rail. 4. Hammer drill installation of two brackets on brick wall. 5. Removal and replacement of retractable clothes line. The existing clothes line no longer works/retracts. We have purchased a new line, this just needs to be installed. 6. Bathroom door was taken off its hinges, just needs re installation. I have all the screws. Please advise if additional info or photos is required. Cheers Anika

The clearance on the latch side is extremely tight and the door rubs/jams against the frame. We need to sound proof a window (preferably from the outside) to block noises from - ducted gas heater. We have insulation batts and a sound blocking heavy rubber that can be used / attached but we are needing guidance and muscle power from somebody who has done this before. The sound proofing needs to be very good - we don’t want to hear anything from the inside.

Hi - I need someone to install 12 steel pitch vertical wall strips onto a plaster and masonry wall (brackets and shelves will be mounted onto pitch strips after - see photo attached). The pitch strips need to be installed in 6 verticals 0.5m from floor, so they will reach 3m up the wall (i.e. each vertical is 2.5m). There are 12 strips in total 6 x 2m, 6 x 0.5m. We are painting the room this week so need quick installation Tuesday evening prior to painters coming in (there is a small amount of flexibility with timing). Steel strips, screws and plugs provided. Room has been cleared of furniture. BYO masonry drill and stepladder. Thanks!

I’ve purchased a new front door entrance set (lock and handle) and am looking for someone to remove the existing hardware and install the new kit. The entrance set includes all required components (as shown in the photo). If possible, I’d also like someone to fill and sand the old 'indent' in the timber frame where the old latch sat so it is flush/invisible. I’d also like a centre door knob installed on the exterior side of the door. I already have this handle as well.

Someone to put my dryer on top of our washing machine that’s outside. They will need to be able to lift the dryer on top of the washing machine and install it. Heavy machine so will need 2 strong people probably and a trolley to move dryer. Last image shows where the dryer is (with towel on top) need it moved into the little shed on the left side.
