Looking for an experienced handyman to drill holes and install brackets and fixings in my 1970s apartment, which has rendered brick walls. Work required: 1. Living room: Drill holes and securely mount three IKEA BESTÅ wall brackets. I have marked the locations, and I will attach the cupboards. 2. Bathroom: Drill 2 holes so I can attach an IKEA HEMNES mirrored wall cabinet. 3. Bathroom: Drill 5 holes so I can attach a toilet roll holder and towel rail. 4. Bedroom: Drill approximately 8 holes in the ceiling so I can install brackets for IKEA curtain tracks. Requirements: * Experience drilling into brick, masonry and ceilings. * Appropriate drill and masonry bits. * Equipment and experience checking for concealed electrical cables and plumbing before drilling. * Accurate positioning and levelling. * Ability to assess the suitability of the supplied fixings and hardware for the walls, ceiling and intended loads. All fixings and hardware will be supplied. I would like the handyman to check that these are suitable before drilling. I will complete the final mounting of the cabinets and other fittings myself. I need someone to replace a broken wall bracket supporting an internal stair bannister/handrail. I don’t have the replacement bracket, so I’m looking for someone who can identify and supply a suitable replacement (ideally matching the existing brackets as closely as possible) and securely install it. Hang internal door Frame size 2040 x 790 x 35 Closest door replacement size 2040 x 770 x 35 A timber strip will need to be supplied and installed to the hinge edge by the tasker (as the current fitted door has) to suit the frame size. Door, hinges, handle and mech all ready on site.

Need a couple of small tasks around the home done: I have three heavy plants that need to be moved on my dolly trolley to my outdoor space and have the automated watering system reconnected I have a pic that needs to be hung up in my spare room - I will need you to work out how to vent it but the right stuff then hang. I have wire and nails but don’t think that it I have some cords loose and ugly and a small hole that needs patching near powerpoint. Need those out in a tidy way/ hidden somehow and the hole plastered. Need help storing some containers in high cupboards with my ladder I cannot get in it at the moment due to surgery. All to be done before a photoshoot tomorrow.

Small maintenance list for my apartment, ideally done in one visit: 1) Bi-fold cupboard door – Hinge bracket has fractured at the pivot point; door is barely attached. Needs hinge replaced (see photo). 2) Kitchen drawer – Concealed cabinet hinge under the drawer has failed and needs replacing (see photo). 3) Rangehood/cabinet trim strip – Old adhesive along the underside trim has failed and is peeling. Needs old glue removed and properly re-glued/sealed (see photo) 4) Shower caddy rail – Rail arm has snapped clean off the wall bracket. Needs a replacement rail or new unit fitted (ideally matched replacement as are others in the b'room - see photos). 5) Wall crack repair – Small hairline crack (~15-20cm), needs filling, sanding and paint touch-up to match. See photos.

1. All internal door handles (x7) to be replaced. Replacement handles already purchased. 2. Front door needs slight realignment, and weather sealing. We don’t have any of the weather seals so will require this to be part of the quote. 3. Back sliding glass door doesn’t slide smoothly, and needs a new lock and handle. We just had a tv installed against a wall and they needed to cut out the plaster for the power cord. Just need the wall repaired now. I don't need it painted. I can do this.

Job is to install 2x String system shelves (https://www.stringfurniture.com/en/series/string/system). One set is 210cm high, the other is 115cm high. Requires an impact / hammer drill for plugs/screws to attach bookshelves to the wall. I am available to assist so job only requires one person.

Need to replace an internal door that was fitted externally to our house when we bought it. It’s fallen off its hinge. Replacing with second hand external door and also need a dog door fitted. Will supply replacement door, locks and dog door.
