We have a clothes drier with hooks attached at the back, the existing wall mounts in the property need to be adjusted to fit the width of the drier hooks. The studs in the back wall likely do not line up to the new width and as a result you will need to bring screws and backboard to allow the mounts to be shifted to their required position.

The steel gate on the side of our house is not closing properly. I’m not sure if it’s dropped, or the metal has expanded, but it’s stuck. Someone to either fix or replace the gate completely so it open and closes properly. If easier to replace, I can buy a new door from marketplace or Bunnings. Can be timber or steel as long as it’s private and can’t be seen through. I also need it to be lockable. All quotes and any suggestions welcome.
