Need to reinstall our clearlight infrared sauna after moving house. It was professionally uninstalled and is now ready to be reinstalled. Must have prior experience installing saunas.

Need a small 6KW sauna connected to granny flat switch board - sauna will be under eaves of granny flat as pictured - we are assembling it Saturday morning - so need sparky to connect it after we have built it mid morning or afternoon Saturday Switch board / no spare slots visible - work will involve installing dedicated 32A circuit - options are to consolidate or install a sub board thanks - I have also included the mains switch

Qualified carpenter to replace 112mmm x 112mm verandah post and 65m x 184mm beam.

We have two large wooden sliding doors from the living room to the verandah, they have been extremely heavy to slide - I have tried to fix but the bolt has come out of the overhead trolley and I cannot fix this. I would assume the doors need to be lifted and would like the wheels on the trolley inspected to see if these need replacement.

Need an area of an outdoor covering patched / replaced after water damage. Larger area is about 60cm x 20cm and the smaller area (to the left) is about 15cm x 15cm

Our automatic awnings keep closing 5 minutes after opening. Individual awnings close at different times. We’ve been told they may require battery replacements. Remotes could also require re-programming.

We had a wall opened to check for a leak, it now needs to be re-plastered and a kick board put on. 45x155cm and 45 x 49cm

We have some tasks we can’t get to - fixing a dishwasher rack and buying the screws, plastering and painting over some holes in the walls (2 boys!) and change internal door locks including sourcing all materials if possible. Budget allows for 1/2 day to inspect, get items and action. Will pay for all materials etc on top of course!

Double coat render retaining wall. 14m by 850mm high. Inside wall to be rendered and outside section where its above ground. Will need to be done over 2 days to allow first coat to dry. Painting is an opportunity for additional work.

We had a new window installed and need the render down either side fixed please

I have a few cracks in the render near a window that was replaced as well as around a new fuse box. Need to tidy these up as we are planning to sell later in the year. I think a good job someone that works regularly with render. I have the paint colour to touch up afterwards.
