Reinstall existing four roller curtains

Looking for someone to remove blinds on two windows and replace them with curtain rods and curtains. I have all of the fixtures. See attached photos of current blinds and the curtain rods to be installed.

The photos shows some poor brick work I did after repairing a leak. It needs to be redone properly. There are two areas in walls with crack and mortar gone after movement that need to be filled. Also some weep holes added to brick work around one side of house.
