All materials supplied — just need someone with the right tools and experience. The job: - Core drill a 107mm hole through a brick veneer wall (plasterboard inside, single brick skin outside) at a slight downward angle toward the exterior (2–3° below horizontal) — required by the manufacturer to prevent condensation draining back into the dryer. Drill zone to avoid studs, noggins and any cavity cables — check before drilling - Fit the supplied Deflecto DK4W vent kit (wall cap, aluminium sleeve, connect flex duct to dryer rear exhaust) - Install a 100mm inline backdraft damper in the duct run - Wrap sleeve with foam insulation tape - Silicone seal exterior flange and interior collar - Fill any gap around sleeve with low-expansion foam Setup: Dryer backs directly onto external wall — straight rear vent, zero bends, very short duct run (~300mm). All materials provided. Please only quote if you have an SDS rotary hammer with 107mm masonry core drill bit — a standard drill won't get through brick cleanly.

I’d also like you to take a look at a cavity sliding door that seems to have dropped and isn’t running smoothly. Hoping it’s a simple adjustment/realignment. Details: • 7 x existing door handles to be removed and replaced • New handles supplied • Standard internal doors • Cavity slider may need adjustment (not sure what’s involved) Looking for someone who: • Has experience with door hardware • Has their own tools • Is reliable and takes care with installation Flexible with timing, but sooner is better. I have just had new carpet laid and need my doors trimmed a few mm to suit the carpet so it doesn’t drag underneath. There are 4 x 2040 hollow core doors and location is upstairs so some lifting inside to outside into the garage needed and tools required to buzz and and rehang required.

Note that I DONT have a manual or the exact model so you’ll need to be experienced or confident in putting it together without one.
