Hi there, I’m looking for a handyman to replace 7 door handles in my home in Langwarrin. I already have all the new handles, so this is a straightforward swap over (no parts required). I’d also like you to take a look at a cavity sliding door that seems to have dropped and isn’t running smoothly. Hoping it’s a simple adjustment/realignment. I have just had new carpet laid and need my doors trimmed a few mm to suit the carpet so it doesn’t drag underneath. There are 4 x 2040 hollow core doors and location is upstairs so some lifting inside to outside into the garage needed and tools required to buzz and and rehang required.

Two internal entry doors and handles need to be hung, I have hinges and handles ready.

I am replacing old door handles and need to route 7 doors in my home.

Originally, I was planning to concrete a different area and lay tiles. I am looking for a per square metre qoute only I now have unsealed commercial-grade precast terrazzo tiles to install. They’re upcycled, so there are varying levels of organic staining. These tiles can be ground back to remove the staining, as they’re the same type used in shopping centres and are very tough. (I’ve included photos showing the stains and an example after grinding.) I thought it would be easier for this to be done once they’re laid rather than me doing them one by one. I’d like to use a solid sand or road-base foundation with a mortar mix instead of a concrete slab, so the tiles will need haunching. All demolition will be completed before you start. The area is flat and easily accessible via stairs or the path. Tile size of tile is 400 x 400 x 30 mm. The space won’t be used for heavy-duty traffic, just general access. An outdoor kitchen project will be added later in the adjoining area.

I would like this done asap but 4 small dents on the passenger side back door, my electric gate just closed on the car and I’d like them pulled out. The photos make it look worse than it is.

We moved in not long ago. The garage door was synced to one remote but not the other. Tried to sync it to the other and have completely wiped all the syncing and won’t even go down with the button on the actual unit. When you press up you can hear it trying to go but cause it’s all the way up it’s obviously not going anywhere but down is not working. Help
