We have an external wooden that requires replacing. The door is new and is a straight swap for the old door - same dimensions etc. I have the door, and a new replacement handle and hinges. The door is solid and will need a hole drilled for fitment of the handle.

It's a 6 X 6 metre garage, with exposed rafters, and a tiled roof. The roller door does not work. Need to refurbish the garage and replace the roller door. Next to the garage, we need a carport built as well. Second option to consider is converting the garage to a standalone dwelling.

Bought two large sliding doors from Bunnings. Need someone to come out and install them. Will require finding studs in the wall, drilling, fixing, attaching the rails to run the doors etc. it is quite an involved task. Will require an extra piece of hard wood (we ask you to provide this) across the top to secure the rail to the studs. It is a kit so it SHOULD include all of the parts you need but not any tools you might need.

Needing two barn sliding doors fixed. They also need their handles fixed and the roller stoppers. Only want experienced handy-person, these are expensive doors and need to be handled with care when being hanged.
