Hi, I’m selling my property, Need my front deck & garage door painted please

Our garage door keeps opening (bouncing up) sometimes when we try to close it. Need to get this checked and resolved. We also have a new garage remote which we need to get programmed/synced for us to use.

Merlin tilt master garage door was working perfectly. Now will only open 1cm then stuck. If pull the release lever, it can manually open and then will slowly automated close but won’t reopen again.

The door in the spare bedroom is not closing properly, and it needs to be realigned and put in properly, the painters did not do a good job with the door after they finished painting. I also need the lights to be by the staircase to be cleaned as it is too high for me. Also need a hook for my clock to be put in as the clock keeps falling:(

To replace Internal Door (I have replacement Door) You just need to swap out hardware from damaged door and Re-hang door
