Unfortunately an ex partner prior to leaving pushed my roller door open when it was half open causing it to be stuck. I had a friend come and work on it to get it down and since we have had it switched off unable to use it. I would like to be able to have use of it but have been told it is likely because the side strapping has come away from the curtain it cannot be repaired. Unfortunately I rent and cannot have it replaced by my landlord. Would love if someone could come and have a look at it and possibly get it up and running or test it without me getting it stuck up.
