Room is approximately: * 4.2m long * 2m wide * Includes a small alcove around the toilet area Approximate total perimeter requiring caulking is around 13–14 lineal metres. 2. Outdoor paving edge Newly laid outdoor pavers require sealing/caulking where they butt against the sandstone/rendered side of the house. Approximate length: * 9.5 lineal metres Looking for a neat, professional finish. * White sealant required internally * Neutral colour externally (final colour can be confirmed before installation) Don't really know what to budget - please advise. There are 5 Aluminium Glass sliding door that require servicing as it is getting hard to open or close. The sling doors are 900mm wide and 1800 mm high. Installed about 30 years ago. They are solid strong sliding door. The fly screen sling doors are also in need of repair.

We have 1 pocket door that has come of the top runner. Needs to be fixed. We have 1 outdoor gate that needs a bit of work so it can be locked. It keeps swinging open as the latch broke off.
