Needs to be dug down an additional 30cm deeper (total 60cm depth). I have a trenching spade on-site you can use for this. 2. Paver Relay: Relay pavers that were previously lifted along the area. 3. Laundry Cabinet & Shelves: Finish assembling/installing a small laundry cabinet and mount a few floating shelves. 4. Tree Trimming: Minor tree trimming around the garden. 5. Gutter Guard: Finish installing the remaining section of gutter guard. Please bring any standard tools required for fixing, drilling, and trimming (level, drill/driver, ladder, secateurs/pruners).

I had a leaking shower upstairs which has been repaired. The leak left plaster damage downstairs, also Plumber did a leak test with dye and it left residue downstairs which needs to be repaired. Hi, I've got a few minor jobs around the house that I was hoping you could help me with: * Bolt the gun safe to the concrete slab in the shed (I already have the dynabolts and everything needed). * Replace the receiver for the back gate ring latch, as it's broken * Adjust the front door as it's become quite hard to open and just needs to be loosened slightly. * Reattach the lock on the front side door, which has come loose and just needs to be tightened with an Allen key. * Remove the bathroom sink plug, as it's stuck. * Install the jerry can holder onto my Dunbier trailer Safe installation steps required; Job includes: • Position the safe in its final location. • Mark and drill the concrete slab. • Vacuum/clean drilled holes. • Install the supplied masonry plugs. • Bolt the safe securely to the concrete floor. • Ensure the safe is level and the door opens/closes correctly after installation. • Clean up after the job. I got an old gas heater and it’s not working. We can turn it on, but it last 10 min and doesn’t heat anymore. Also the heating is really low. I am painting the house with my family and this house is freezing so I’m trying if possible to get someone to make it work today. Also I have an old tank water heater that wasn’t working, I turned it on and now has like some fumes going out, so maybe that one needs maintenance too
