Find an experienced handyman in Seaford VIC

We recently purchased a Jayco 2006 caravan and found that the front window was held onto the top section of the window frame by some tape which has since come off. There is a sticker on the window with the measurement 565 x 1175 and it appears to be a Seitz brand, which is no longer being manufactured. I have attached some photos of the labels on the window and the window itself taken inside the caravan against a blue tarp which I put over the caravan as it has been raining, and the final one outside the caravan. I'm looking for someone who is able to glue or fix the window and frame to the caravan so it is leak proof. We are not concerned about the window being able to open. We need it to be fixed in place and sealed so there are no gaps or leaks.

The toilet pan has become wobbly and the silicone around the base is peeling off. I'm thinking it should just be a matter of tightening the 2 existing floor bolts, removing the existing silicone around the floor and re-doing the silicone. I am looking for someone to do this work for me please. The Silicone Colour is Dunlop Misty Grey. The toilet is in a small retail arcade in Seaford.

I need a professional plasterer to repair a hole in an internal wall where an old split-system air conditioner was recently removed. Work Required: • Patching: Repair a hole • Substrate: The hole goes through to the cavity, so it will require a backing piece/offcut of plasterboard for support. • Cornice Work: The hole extends into the bottom of the cornice. Install small awning on timber beam, 3Mx2M

Original Hills Hoist Winder mechnism is broken. Turning it does not lift the internal pole and top section up anymore. The top can be raised easily enough by hand so it's plainly not rusted through or seized, but it doesn't stay up, so the internal mechanism is busted somehow. Has been repaired in a similar way years ago so I know it's doable - I just don't have the time or handy-man-ness to do it these days. Prefer not to replace the whole thing, just fix it.
