Recently a stain appeared on my ceiling, I poked it and it was damaged. I need someone to find the location of the leak, fix it and plaster it up ( there is no water coming out of the hole so far)The leak is most likely coming from the balcony above but im not sure where. There’s also damage on the same ceiling a little further from the hole. Quote of $100 is just so I can post on Airtasker.

We are setting up a tv on a wall, we need a tv point and tv cable pulled, and a power cable and power point installed we already have a tv point about 4 m away on the next wall, we just need an extension and the tv point to sit behind the new tv. There’s also a power point just underneath (as per picture) so it’s easy to create another power point a bit further up so it sits behind the tv

Plastering done throughout the house to fix damage prior to painting. mostly smaller damage as per the photos following nails etc.

Hi there. I need someone who is good at plastering to fill all these patches and sand with a dustless vacuum sander so it is ready to paint. There are around 20 patches in total. This is for an outside bungalow conversion. The new small wall also needs to be finished off around the joins and edges. I made a start but struggling for time. Also about six or so patches that still need to be hung. I have plenty of plaster and tape and some top coat . Can also talk about doing the painting if you’re interested. If I can’t find the right person with reasonable rates, there are about another 10 to 15 patches inside the house to do. I just put a nominal price in for the task so just let me know what your price would be. Thanks
